Situated only 5 minutes from Wanaka's town centre, Paddons Paddock makes the perfect location for your event. Our rustic yet modern interior and stunning scenic views create a beautiful atmosphere for your special day. Vineyards naturally pair with romance, creating the perfect destination for celebrations of all kinds. Our vines are nestled amongst mountain vistas and mature trees, creating a breathtaking outlook. The venue offers a relaxed yet elegant feel while leaving room for you to add your own personal touch.

From exchanging vows beneath open skies to celebrating late into the evening, the venue offers spaces that allow your day to unfold exactly as you envision it. With room to personalise each detail, Paddons Paddock creates a setting that feels genuine, memorable and entirely your own.

  • Full Day Exclusive Venue Hire

    $6,000+GST
    The venue can be used for any 8 hour period between the hours of 10am - 11pm
    Pack down access available until 10:00am the following day

  • Half Day Exclusive Venue Hire

    $3,500+GST
    The venue can be used for any 4 hour period between the hours of 10am - 11pm

  • Seasonal Pricing

    Bookings between 1st May - 30th October receive 25% off venue hire pricing.

From birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries and pre- or post-wedding celebrations to networking events, business presentations, discussion groups and community gatherings, our flexible spaces can be tailored to suit a range of event styles and group sizes.

With presentation facilities available and plenty of room to personalise your event, every gathering at Paddons Paddock is designed to feel effortless, memorable and uniquely your own.

  • During Normal Open Hours

    (12pm - 6pm)

    Paddons Paddock remains open to the public,
    No venue hire cost
    A reserved group area will be made available

  • After Hours Venue Hire

    After 6pm

    $900 + GST per hour

  • A combination of normal open hours (at no cost) and after hours, at the hourly rate as above, can also be booked.

    Exclusive half and Full day Venue Hire is also available as noted on the Weddings pricing page.

  • Furniture Included

    Paddons Paddock includes use of existing onsite furniture when hiring the venue:
    Outdoor Furniture
    Outdoor seating for up to 200 guests
    (mixture of chair styles)
    Outdoor tables for approximately 100 guests
    (approximately 30 tables of varying sizes)
    Indoor Furniture
    ndoor seating for approximately 45 guests
    (mixture of stools and lounge-style seating)
    ndoor tables for approximately 45 guests
    (8 tables of varying sizes and heights)
    Guests are welcome to organise external furniture hire if preferred or required for
    their event setup.
